Do the attorneys at Kessler, Schwarz & Solomiany have any contact with or knowledge of the local lawyers and judges in my jurisdiction?
Certainly. Our lawyers have handled cases in nearly every jurisdiction of Georgia, gaining an intimate familiarity with the judges and attorneys throughout the state. Additionally, our attorneys have frequently taken leadership positions in family law organizations. For example, Mr. Kessler will be the President of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia in 2011. Also, many of our lawyers take the time to lecture about family law to attorneys and judges throughout the state at various Continuing Legal Education courses, providing many opportunities to meet and become familiar with attorneys throughout Georgia.
