Do the Baby Boomers dislike the Gen X and Gen Y generations?
Well,it looks like baby boomers are going to learn to like us in 10 to 20 years from now because they are going to suck everything out of the system and leave the banking institutions, State and Federal governments in a crisis. Look at us now, we outsource more than we in source because a boomer is job hogging a position somewhere in the country for the past 30 years. Get out, hit the road. Retire. train someone younger before it is outsourced. We are all not going to be CNA’s in Nursing homes taking care of all you boomers, because there is not as many of us as there are of you.
