This is an interesting question, I should say! I’ve been discovering outsourcing for several days already. So, thanks for sharing this information! Frankly speaking, I used ti think that India is the only one leading outsourcing destination in the world. But it’s not true as it has several competitors that are located mostly in Europe. I was surprised when found out that Ukraine is one of the most outsourced countries in Eastern Europe. It turned out to offer a great amount of highly educated developers with perfect English speaking and writing skills.
