Yep, Old Navy and The Gap has similar clothes and they also fit the same. Really, the only diffence between them is that Old Navy is pretty cheap compared to Gap.

im not a regular shopper at gap but i went there today and usually i am a large and the shirt fit me super big and the medium fit me perfect but then again i would go with the other answers.
