Do the job descriptions for LSC staff transferring to LAs represent the current job descriptions of LSC staff and so can’t be changed or are they generic job roles that can be adapted by the LA?

A. The role descriptions are of the nominal roles that are transferring out of the LSC. Since LSC staff are not currently deployed exclusively pre-19 there has been some internal LSC work to construct these roles. The role descriptions are intended to help staff match, as well as helping LAs to understand the work that is to be done and the level of staff who are transferring.
