However the following parishes do accept the state’s resale certificate: Beauregard, Caddo, Bossier, Calcasieu, Caldwell, Catahoula, Concordia, East Baton Rouge, East Carroll, Evangeline, LaSalle, Pointe Coupee, Rapides, St. Mary, Tensas, Vernon, and West Baton Rouge.
