In-kind contributions of services, and other items like equipment, can count toward the required 25% cost match. Please see Section IV(C)(4) of the RFP for a complete matching funds explanation. As stated in the RFP, “the match must be for an allowable cost and may be provided by the applicant or a partner organization or institution.
