Do the S-9010 and S-9020 models use the same sensor components as the Speakman lavatory and gooseneck sensor product lines?
Yes. We have used the same sensor and solenoid systems that have proven so reliable in our current lavatory and gooseneck sensor product lines. The sensor is actually the exact same sensor unit that is currently used in our S-8700 and S-8800 lavatory product line, with the exception that the Speakman name is not on the lens. The internal workings of the solenoid are exactly the same as those in our current products. The only change is that the solenoid housing has been adjusted to fit this design. The solenoid repair kit that works for our current line will also work with this new S-9010 and S-9020 product line.
