Yes. Interior design is being provided by a collaboration of Morris Adjmi Architects and Duffy & Partners, two world-class and highly acclaimed design firms. Furniture and décor will be owned by the condominium owners association (“COA”), but unit owners will have exclusive use of each during the term of their ownership.
