No, please do not place topioca in the refrigerator because it accelerates the evaporation of the moisture inside the topiocas, which will become dry and hard. Just keep them in a dry, cool area. Most bobas have a shelf life of 6 months. Placing tapioca pearls in airtight bags/containers will help them stay fresh longer.
