Do vegans suffer from any nutritional deficiencies?
If vegans don’t follow a sensible diet, they could become deficient in vitamin B12 and iron. However, vitamin B12 can be obtained in a wide range of foods such as B12 fortified soy milk, cereals and veggie burgers.
