Ya.of course they do get.read the facts i have given below carefullu.Don’y conclude anything without finishing. VEgetarian maeals are balanced but not vegetarian food.ley me explain. it is a fact that not a single source of vegetarian food contains ‘real’ protein and that not a single non-veg source contain any dietary fibre or roughage. IN detail the the complete chain of amino acids contain about 23-25 organic acids which combine to give protein but the whole chain is found only in meat not even egg,the egg too lacks 2-3 acids.And the veg sources contain only some of them .i.e12-13 in grains and about 16-18 in lugumes.(search about quality of protein in google)so when one source contains one group of acids and another source contain ANOTHER GROUP OF ACIDS THE CHAIN GETS COMPLTE AND HENCE the full protein is formed and absorbed.but most of the people pay attention only to carbs,proteins,vitamins and mineral only and leave out water and roughage(dietary and non-dietary fibre).so this i
