Definitely ask your doctor or pharmacist to be sure – but I was taking a multi-vitamin while on Keppra and it was okay. In fact, it’s commonly suggested to take some B6 to curb the moodiness. 100mg B6 a day REALLY helped my emotional swings that I had as a side effect from the Kep. (Again, might want to ask your doc about what dose to take – you defintely don’t want to take too much B6.) Watch out, too, for those multi-vitamins with extra thingies added that some seizury people react badly to – like gingko biloba, for instance. (I know gingko biloba wigs me out.
