Do we provide copies of RFP past ESE performance or does ESE use their own records “on hand”?
If the program has previously been funded by ESE , there is no need to submit copies of past performances under the performance question. If you are a non-previously funded program you will, of course, need to provide some information. All applicants will need to provide up-to-date information under agency qualifications.
