Do wiccans believe in Hell?
Wiccans generally do not believe in Hell. (If Traditional Wiccans believe in such a thing, the information has remained secret, which I find highly unlikely). Gardner’s Ardanes (which were later divided by some into the 161 Laws, which are really nonsensical divisions) only came to light when their contents supported gardner’s side in an argument he was having with his high priestess. Many, many Wiccans do not follow the Ardanes at all, while others follow them with a large grain of salt.
Certain northern traditionalist pagans (or heathens) believe in Hel (note the single ‘l’) which derives from the same early root word as the judeo-christian Hell. This Hel was a place where 99% of people go when the die. The worst of them would then die again and go to Niflheim (mist world) to be eaten by dragons and worms and stuff. The others would just live in Hel, where it was a bit cold and they didn’t have quite enough to eat but in general it wasn’t as bad as Hell. The queen of Hel was also called Hel (or Hella) she wasn’t particularly evil to the average dead but would eventually rise up against the gods with her siblings.
