No. Generally speaking, witches do not believe in The Devil as an entity. The devil generally represents the common human conditions of fear, greed and selfishness. We believe, instead of a Devil who “made me do it”, that humans enjoy free will, and while their choices are sometimes for the greater good, and sometimes not, they choose their actions, rather than being acted upon by “the Devil”.It would, therefore, be impossible for someone to enter into a pact with someone they do not believe to exist.
