Do you drink any good bacteria such as Actimel or Yakult?
i think its a waste of money for the majority of the population who should have these bacteria living in their guts already. The only people I can see benefiting are those who have been on antibiotics, or whose normal gut bacteria may have been disrupted for some other reason (i.e. food poisoning, abdominal surgery).
