Do you have both Celiac disease and Menieres disease?
Meniere’s Disease can only be diagnosed with certainty by an ear specialist. Unfortunately, a great many people with dizziness of various types are told by non-specialists that they have Meniere’s. So I’m afraid this won’t work in this venue, but I applaud your thinking. ENTs have long investigated the possibility of a link between food allergy and Meniere’s. It’s always been controversial and presently it is not a popular theory… but there are still some guys -like me- who believe a subset of Meniere’s pts benefit from an elimination diet for nuts, legumes, chocolate, and shellfish. It would not shock me to learn that gluten is an occasional offender for Meniere’s… and that the unfortunate pts may be more likely to have nontropical sprue as well.
