Yes. Clean copies of the approved regulations, the DWC workers’ compensation poster, and the DWC claim form 1 are posted on the rulemaking page and will be effective on Oct. 8, 2010. The forms page will also have the updated DWC claim form 1 and the updated notice of MPN plan modification, also effective on Oct. 8.
