Answer Hey Ken, Thanks for writing. As you may know, many of these companies have been making Fender style guitars since the early 1970s. The trick to avoiding a lawsuit is to change at least 10% of the design to avoid breaking the patent laws. The guitar in question (if I am thinking about the right model.
