No, you only need a license for each IntelaWave-Powered AP (e.g. AP 160). The AP 250 doesn’t run the IntelaWave Agent so it doesn’t “count” for licenses—think of it as a range extender for a IntelaWave-Powered AP, which is managed by IntelaWave Control Center or IntelaWaveNet.
