This sound very similar to Pasta and Parmesan Pasta Salad recipe (without the hard-cooked eggs): http://www.healthy-picnics.com/pasta_par… which is delicious! If you want super easy, you can buy a bottle of Italian or Greek type dressing instead of making your own. Personally I don’t find it too difficult to mix up a little oil and vinegar with a few spices. Enjoy your picnic!
