No, homosexuality has always existed in sexual animals. There are gay penguins for crying out loud. Evolution doesn’t work that way either. In order for this to happen, there would have to be a gene mutation that makes someone gay, and as far as I can tell sexuality has to do with hormones and chemical balances in the brain. If there were a gene, it would have to be passed on. Homosexuals don’t reproduce (by natural means anyways) so the gene would disappear. So far, this hasn’t happened. Homosexuals are typically born to straight parents.

No, because gays and trans-genders have always existed, we/they are not a new phenomenon that would indicate an evolutionary shift. Being gay doesn’t mean we can’t or don’t want to procreate, it simply means our children will be planned and wanted rather than being accidental.

Yes. Homosexuality is the next step in the homosapien evolutionary chain. Now that we are able to procreate in a lab we can move forward to becoming a more superior being. Heterosexuals will someday be the minority.

i don’t know if it’s evolutionary steps or not but if it is then scientists will have some serious problems trying to prove it and understand it, and accepting that humans might be evolving into people that most of the world is prejudice against.

No, I’m sure homosexuality has been around since man existed. The fact there are more gay people in the world today is like saying there is more straight people in the world today.
