Do what you want to do! And white girls with tan skin and platinum blonde hair look like tramps more than black girls with blonde hair. My friend has gorgeous dark skin, I mean it is black and beautiful and she has blonde highlights and it looks great! She gives people bad looks when they insult her and then she shrugs it off.
