Do you think the Govt of India/State govts should be doing more to promote language fonts?
Anurag: Government participation is certainly important to promote Indian language content creation and consumption. If the next wave of internet is to come from vernacular, it is very important that we adopt a standard for language encoding. Govt of India is doing good job in improving the internet penetration in India but they need to do more on the advocating a standard for Indian language font.
