All of the above, and I enjoy the diversity. As a Realtor, I take pride on keeping informed and updated and being able to do various projects. It keeps me on my toes, gives me different perspectives, as well fun and challenging. I’m fortunate to work with diverse clients. A large percentage seek newer single family homes (0-5 years old), and Master Planned Communities in the South, Southwest, Summerlin and Henderson is a popular trend. Some single family household or couples on the go wanting a more urban lifestyle, lower maintenance seek condos and lofts. For the higher end, luxury prime strip highrises and luxury million plus homes. Las Vegas has something for every taste and budget, and with the current amount of properties on the market, you can find some great value.
