I haven’t tried the swabs but I have used the nose spray and it works pretty good

Not to me. Plenty times I use them and they irritate my nose even further so I end up sneezing out the medication anyway. Yeah, sorta gross, I know… However, i’ve not had any relief from using this product.

I hate any nose spray and never use…so I used the swabs and was amazed!
