No it doesn’t. It is available on packages 3 and up. Pkg. 2 contains: backup camera, Smart Key system, AM/FM stereo, CD player, MP3 capability, auxiliary input jack, six speakers and Vehicle Skid Control. I heard for the 2009 model, it is either a refresh or a re-design. If you want a newer style, it’s best to wait.
