(A)- A certificate to take or defend divorce proceedings will cover an application to take or defend ancillary relief provided the application is made prior to or within six months from the date of the decree absolute; provided only one record number was ever assigned to the proceedings under that certificate and the solicitor is satisfied there are merits to the proceedings. (B)- A certificate for judicial separation will cover ancillary relief proceedings if issued within six months from the date of the decree of judical separation and provided the solicitor is satisfied there are suffient merits to proceed.
