Yes in general I believe this is absolutely the case. If you eat healthily and drink plenty of water then your body is healthier. Our whole idea of attractiveness is just based on the signs of health, so by definition you will look more attractive. You will be a healthier weight, have clearer skin, nicer hair and nails, brighter eyes. That doesn’t mean you will necessarily be the picture of beauty and health, but you will certainly be closer. And they may only be slight changes if your diet isn’t too bad at present. If your diet is all junk food and you switch to a high fiber, high protein, tons of fruit, veggies, and water type diet, you will absolutely notice a big impact. If you eat a good diet and are dehydrated, though, you may still have a lot of skin problems and such because the amount of water you drink has a huge effect on your looks, especially your skin.
