There are no known interactions between calcium channel blocker (felodipine used as an example in link below) and magnesium. However, it does not mean that no interactions exist, please see your doctor if you experience any odd symptoms. It will be better if you separate the doses by at least 2 hours to avoid any interference in absorption.
