Does a “Peace President” have special *emergency* powers too?

I’m intrigued by the claim that Bush* is going to become something called a “Peace President” rather than his invented category “War President” Lincoln, FDR and the rest who served in wartime didn’t seem to need special extra-Constitutional powers yet the Emperor Bush* not only needs them (he claims) but insists they exist in some penumbra of the title of “Commander in Chief.” Well, if he is not going to invent a new category of Presidential being (Peace President) for anything beyond labeling himself for the suburban white vote and probably as a bid for the Nobel Peace Prize, what special powers do you suppose he’ll give himself this time. After all, giving up that “war president” status means giving up all those imaginary powers he’s been claiming.
