I think the phenol group does since there is an oxygen in it and oxygen is a higher priority than carbon but it all depends on where the main carbon was attached to on the phenol group The C-C triple bond is like being attached to 3 carbons so if from the main carbon to the phenol group it went CCO then definitely the phenol group
