A7. At the risk of being a broken record, this also depends on the specific Neo-Fomor and the undeadish character. Approach it like you would fear between any two supernaturals who have opposing natures. Or, look at it this way: does a tarantula actively fear a Pepsis wasp (tarantula hawk)? No, but instinct tells a tarantula that every day there is a chance their natural predator will find them, and do as nature dictates. Neo-Fomori have a more personal dislike of vampires and ghouls than Rage-born shifters do. It is still instinctive, but not Rage-driven–it is the dislike of betrayed siblings, and of seeing the very definition of your nature’s violation given (undead) flesh and action. A Neo-Fomor will not risk freaking out if they catch a whiff of vampire all of a sudden like a Garou risks Frenzy (unless you build that into the character app…), but by their nature they are not inclined to be friendly to undead (or anything that is an unnatural violation of decay and destruction).
