Does Air Canada accept requests by mail, fax or telephone?
No. We accept requests through our on-line application only. We are unable to accept or respond to requests sent by mail, fax, or telephone. At Air Canada, we are committed to supporting our communities; as a result, we receive large volumes of donation and sponsorship requests. These requests come from many different types of organizations and vary significantly in size and complexity. In order to ensure that we are able to review and evaluate ALL requests fairly and in a timely manner, all requests must be submitted through our web site.
