Does AISD support Participatory Action Research?
Human research ethics require us to protect participants’ rights to be fully informed about the research in which they participate and to voluntarily consent/assent to participate. Participatory Action Research and other researcher-as-participant models can compromise our ability to ensure that participants do not feel coerced into participating.
