Does alcohol in breastmilk cause any brain damage?
No cause for concern. While technically alcohol in breastmilk COULD cause harm to a baby, the levels are so low (your milk contains the same percentage alcohol as your blood) that if your milk had enough milk to potentially harm baby, you would be unconcious — or in the hospital on a ventilator suffering from alcohol poisoning. 15 hours after drinking there would be no alcohol at all in your milk.
