Considering that we are talking about someone who is mentally fragile, then it would also be inhumane to extradite him. Infact, if I were you, I would be scared to death about how "willy nilly" Mckinnon did it. If he managed to do it, then anyone from Kim Jong Il, to FSB agents, to Osama Bin Laden, have been playing "Free Cell" and "Minesweeper" on the Pentagon's computers for the past seven years.
