Does an aluminum layer with CRAYOTHERM® phase change material on both sides impair additionally the total resistance of the thermal flow ?

No. The property of the phase change material is to maximize the contact surfaces, minimizing the thermal contact resistance. When aluminum is added as substrate with very high thermal conductivity of about 220W/mK, this does not affect the total resistance.
