Does any body have a home remedy for acid reflux?
Yes! I had persistent heartburn and reflux, especially at night. I heard bad things about the OTC and prescription meds. Then I was at the health food store and saw a flyer by a doctor touting Orange Peel Extract. Several studies have shown it to me effective for up to 6 months. I had to order it online because I couldn’t find it in any store. I think it was called Quench the Fire or something like that. It cost $15.00 and it worked! It knocked it down about 95%. Sometimes I’ll get a little heartburn at night and I take a Tums and it goes away. Also, start taking some digestive enzymes with hydrochloric acid and acidophilus.
