Does any one have any good low calorie meal ideas?
Breakfast- 1/2 C. Plain Quick cooking oatmeal mixed with 1 serving of Dannon light and fit carb control yogurt (Vanilla) with 1/2 cup of your favorite fruit (I love blueberries). I even add a little cinnamon to this. Snack- Piece of Fruit and a slice of Fat Free Cheese Or Reduced Fat Moz stick Lunch- (3 oz) Turkey on whole wheat bread with fat free/low fat cheese Small Salad with (2 T) Light Salad dressing Snack- Piece of Fruit with handful of almonds Dinner- Light Chunk Tuna with 1 T low fat mayo on a Flat out wrap with lettuce. I also like to mix in 2 T Health is Wealth Spinach and artichoke dip. Eat with a Salad (as much as you want) 2 T Light Salad Dressing. Or/ Boca Classic Vegan Burger on whole wheat roll with onion, lettuce, tomato, and Mustard. with salad. Dessert/ Night time snack- 100 Calorie Pudding Snack Free Foods that you can eat at any time: Lettuce, Cucumber, Celery, Mushrooms.
