Lots of people still send greeting cards through snail mail, the feeling of receiving “Real” greeting cards is different from the electronic one’s or e-cards, there is a sense of sincerity to it. And I’ve known people who send greeting cards because the recipient asked them to send one, the reason is for collection, they’re after the stamp and the US Postal ink stamp date.
