Does anybody have a good fried rice recipe?

I make basic fried rice by first cooking normal plain boiled rice, washing it with cold water and leaving it in the fridge for 20 mins. Then I heat some oil and butter in a pan, when the oil is hot add about 3 tsp of soy sauce per cup of rice cooked then just stir fry the rice.
