I love meatballs and make them fairly often, sometimes Italian and sometimes not so Italian. To make large ones just use more of the meat mixture when forming the ball. I make breakfast meatballs fairly often and its an easy recipe with no ‘weird’ or hard to find ingredients. The addition of Italian spices would make them very tasty I’m sure! Here’s the recipe which I got somewhere on the web but can’t remember just where, sorry. 1 pound turkey sausage 1 pound lean ground beef 2 eggs or egg substitute equivalent 3 Tablespoons onion, minced (reconstituted dried onion works well) 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (omit if you want mild meatballs) 5 ounces cheese, grated (use whatever kind you prefer – I like to mix cheddar, swiss, and a little asiago) salt, pepper, and other spices to taste Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients spices in a bowl and mix well. Roll meat mixture into bite sized balls and bake until done, 15 to 20 minutes. Maybe that recipe is one you can play with to g
