Does anybody know a receipe for rose coco beans?
Cellentani with Sausage, Red Wine and Borlotti Beans (Cellentani con Salsiccia, Vino Rosso e Fagioli Borlotti) Ingredients 1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil 1 clovegarlic, minced 1 poundItalian sausage 1 cupred wine to tastefreshly ground black pepper to tastesalt 1/4 cuptomato paste 1 can (16 ounces)barlotti beans*, drained to tasteParmigiano cheese, grated BRING a large pot of water to a boil. HEAT olive oil in a skillet. Add sausage and cook until brown. ADD garlic and sauté until golden. ADD wine and simmer until reduced by half. ADD 2 cups water. Stir in the beans and tomato paste. Season with salt and black pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. COOK pasta according to package directions. Drain. ADD pasta to sauce.
