Does anybody know how I can lose five pounds in two weeks?
Try nutrisystem or weight watchers. They work wonders! Don’t try the fad diets – they may work at first but most people gain all the weight back (plus some). If you drink soda, stop – many people loose 5 pounds just from no longer drinking soda. Also, watch your sugar intake – it may be low in fat but it is high in calories! Try reducing your refined white foods (white pasta, white bread, etc) and replacing them with whole grains (100% whole wheat bread or pasta). Increase your fiber intake – black beans, whole grains, many vegetables, etc are all high in fiber. Fiber One granola bars are also great – very filling! Just eat one then drink some water and you are full for a while! Don’t eat more than 2 or 3 a day though – that much fiber will keep you in the bathroom for a while. Increase your exercise – even if it is a little extra walking, running, dancing, etc. Take a few laps around the mall or block each day. Good luck!
