Does anyne know how to anchor a metal shed down?

Sure, you need to determine what the foundation is that you are going to set it on. Also much it will depend on the size of the shed. If you are going all out then dig and frame a proper concrete foundation and set 1/2" or 3/8"x 8" or greater anchor bolts. You can find these at Home Depot, they look like the letter "L". The next option which is typical of small garden variety shed is to dig a hole about 12"-16" deep and for the four corners.
