Does anyone have a copycat recipe for the Cosi restaurant Roasted Shallot Sherry Vinaigrette salad dressing? ?

ROASTED SHALLOT VINEGARETTE (LIKE COSI'S) 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 2 or 3 tbsp oil chopped roasted shallots 2 or 3 tsp of sugar 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of salt roasted shallots - dip shallot in oil, wrap in foil, and bake in a 350 oven for 15 minutes  more
