Does anyone have a good Pineapple Upside-dwon Cake receipe?
CL had this one a couple of weeks ago: Upside-down Pineapple-Spice Cake 4 teaspoons stick butter 1/3 cup orange juice 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 7 (1/2-inch) slices fresh pineapple 1/4 cup stick butter, softened 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup honey 1 large egg 1-1/4 cups sifted cake flour 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 cup fat-free milk 2 teaspoons grated orange rind 1-1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract 1.
