Does anyone have a good recipe for white chocolate truffles?
142ml pot double cream 450g white chocolate chopped icing sugar for dusting put cream in a small saucepan and bring just up to boiling point.remove from heat and stir in 250g of chocolate till just melted transfer to a bowl and chill for at least 1 hour dust your hands with icing sugar take 1 teaspoon of mixture and roll into a ball repeat with remaining mixture place balls onto a tray lined with greaseproof paper into freezer for at least 30 mins melt remaining chocolate over a pan of simmering water dip the truffles into melted chocolate using a fork and leave to dry on greaseproof paper.can be frozen for up to 1 month
